The rooms with a bed.

Pet-friendly and extremely spacious room with the blinds, queen beds and a great mattress. A huge variety of nice food. Consistently courteous staff, favourable and absolutely perfect location close to restaurants.

The rooms were reasonably spacious with queen beds, the staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating.

All fine, but restroom issues.

The kids loved the clean pool, and we enjoyed the spacious room. The staff at the front desk were super friendly and answered all our questions. Plus, the nearby gas station was convenient for grabbing last-minute snacks.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities available. A small playground or play area would be perfect for families.

The comfortable king room was marred by a disappointing bathroom situation.

It was a decent value for a trip in Troy. The air conditioner worked great but sometimes got too cold. Make sure to check all the plugs in the room before settling in.

Unfortunately, our experience fell short. We struggled with multiple dirty rooms and the staff's response left much to be desired. It's noisy and feels neglected. For future guests, inspecting the room thoroughly upon check-in is essential.

The breakfast had several options and the attendant was really personable. The shower had great water pressure, refreshing after a long day. It's located conveniently near the highway.

Had a blast with friends! We explored nearby golf courses and hit some local museums. The place was a good base for our adventures. Everything we needed was close by. Plus, the rooms were clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend for a fun group trip!

The Quality Inn University Area offered a cute and clean environment, with comfortable rooms and friendly staff who were always ready to assist. I especially appreciated the well-maintained common areas, accessible for seniors like me.

Breakfast was decent, and that friendly attendant made mornings brighter! The comfy pillows had me dreaming all night long, I woke feeling refreshed! Plus, parking galore made it easy-peasy to pop in and out.

That front desk fella really had us on a listening mission, mumbled like he had marbles in his mouth! And don't even get me started on the far-off room assignment after I mentioned my disability, left me hauling bags like I was training for the Olympics.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. Check-in was easy and rooms were clean. the breakfast offered plenty of choices. There's a nice pool area for relaxation. Overall, good value for the price. ☀️.

Clean and Comfortable Stay

I enjoyed my stay, as the staff were helpful. The room was clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated the variety of choices at breakfast with eggs, sausage, and pastries. The overall hotel could use some updates, especially in the bathrooms.
